So my family had reservations about trying a dim sum place in Orlando as we come from SoCal's SGV - well, we were all pleasantly surprised. Came here around 11:30am on. Thursday. Food was excellent and so was the service. The place wasn't that busy so we had multiple staff attending to us. One waitress was particularly engaging as she was kind and cracked some jokes with my son. We got the traditional dishes and each was so good that we ended up ordering more. Compared to the prices in the SGV, this was so much more affordable. Kudos to YH Seafood - don't know if we will ever be in the area again but if we ever are, there is no doubt we will be back.

You know you're in the right dim sum place when you look around and you're one of maybe 3 white people in a room of 50 Asians. We eat here at least once every time we come to Orlando. Everything I've ever had here has been amazing. Always worth it. Will be back every time we're in town. I'd recommend making a reservation to minimize your wait. It can get busy during lunch and dinner.

I have heard so many raves about the peking duck here. So might as well try it out! Tried the Roasted Peking Duck & Beef Chow Fun. So dinner time this restaurant is not as busy and you get seated right away. Half a peking duck is about $28 and you get alot. The skin is crispy but it could be more crispier and the sauce is delicious. Meat is tender of course there are bones. The sauce is awesome with steamed white rice to seasoned the rice with. They do offer more sauce if you request it. So the seasoning for peking duck can be a hit or miss for some diners. It has a chinese taste to it. This is probably why some do not care for the peking duck. It does not come with plum sauce or bao / wraps. I think if you order the whole duck you get more of the experience of eating the duck. But the duck was delicious. Most know the peking duck as a lighter brown or reddish color but here its slightly dark brown roasted. I would order the duck again. Its def delicious as far how YH serves it. Peking duck comes with a serving of steamed white rice. The beef chow fun was served glistening in a bowl dish. Had slithers of green onion and white onion with bean sprouts and slices of beef and the wide noodles. This dish needed more salty umami but it was def delicious. Green House serves it better because they serve it with that wok fire taste. This did not have that wok fire taste. But it is still good. I would order this again. The portion is not not much compared to Green House. So dinner they serve a free dessert of warm red bean sweet soup. This soup confused me a little bit because the more you eat it there were hints of citrus taste? So that taste was off. But we cannot complain with free things. Service here is always a pleasure.

We had 2 Lavender Lytchee Mojito cocktails and loved them. Then we started with Salt n Pepper Tofu and Cream Corn Soup with Crabmeat. Best Peiking Duck in town, in my opinion, at $88, also served with a boneless duck salad. The Wok-seal Seabass and Blapck Truffle Scallops were tasty. We also had the delicious Cantonese Black Bean Prawn and the balanced Yin Yan Noodle. The house dessert was just right to wrap the dinner. Our server/bartender Casper was very professional and menu knowledgeable. The food runners were also friendly and teamworking.
